Description

The current time-based digitization samples the time difference of two subsequent events from an exponential distribution e^(-t/tau), with tau being the inverse event rate. This corresponds to a Poisson process as expected from a slowly extracted beam plus the interaction probability of this beam in the target.

For testing purposes, it is required (V. Singhal) to alternatively generate a uniform time difference between two subseqent events, the time difference being the inverse rate.

A quick look into the code base shows that this request can rather easily be implemented in CbmMCInputSet. This would get another mode flag (Poisson / uniform). The method GetDeltaT() will have to be modified. No big deal.
