Description

In order to avoid too big divergence, the new features in the two development folder should be brought back in trunk.
The togroup folder has priority as part of it is required for the tofcern15flib folder and as it has the highest problems probability.

The latest development of the GET4 fles software in the tofcern15flib branch require part of the TOF beamtime software, which is for now dependent on the BUILD_BEAMTIME flag.
Therefore a side effect of this merging is that we probably need to make the beamtime software always compilable without this flag (cleaned RocLib, ...). Or specific classes in the fles folder need to be made dependent on the BUILD_BEAMTIME flag.
